Real Madrid Beat Barcelona To Win Spanish Super Cup

Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona once again collided on the battlefield yesterday for the 2nd leg of the Spanish Super Cup.Real Madrid overturned a 3-2 first leg deficit against rivals Barcelona to win the Spanish Super Cup, with 2 goals upfront from Portugal and former Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo 18minutes and Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain 11 minutes.

The atmosphere changed yesterday for the two sides after Barcelona's player Andriano was red-carded for hauling down Cristiano Ronaldo but the visitors pulled one back through a massive 35-yard freekick from football star Lionel Messi at 44 minutes.
Great chances were obviously missed from both sides but the match ended 2-1 making it 4-4 aggregate to Madrid's advantage to lift the trophy.Real were known to be UEFA Champions League giants till date, lifting the trophy 9 times and won the spanish league many times including last season.
Congratulations to the Real fans
