Governor Babatunde Fashola's Twitter account have finally been confirmed.
Starting with Nigerian celebrities like Omotola Jolade, Genevieve Nnaji, Nneka and Asa and Nigerian football Osazie Odemwinge, Twitter has been verifying Nigerian-owned Twitter accounts this year.
Governor Babatunde is the first Nigerian governor on micro-blogging site to receive the blue verification stamp.
