Crazy Chris Brown Inks Up Another Tattoo

Chris Brown is going crazier that i thought before lol. Last time he took to his instagram to reveal his crazy look, wearing some chic wig and this time, he took to his instagram to share the picture of his latest tattoo right on his throat. The 23-year-old Brizzy inked a tattoo which is quite similar to the one he inked last time on one side of his neck, known to be "a woman battered face striking a good resemblance to Rihanna".
Like i said before, this dude needs help.:)
