Wande Coal's 'Go Low' Video Not Banned

I just kept wondering why wande coal's Video was banned as stated by lots of other media website, till the Natinal Broadcasting Commission spokesman indeed cleared my doubts.
The NBC spoekeman 'Francisca Aiyetan' explains the issue concerning the clip
‘We have no issues with the lyrics; the issue is with the video clip and just a tiny part of it. The advice is to edit that part before use on broadcasting station’.

Furthermore she also made the importance of strictness with clips aired on stations for free
‘It is Important that we are extra careful with programmes on terrestrial free-to-air stations because, viewers at home receive the signals of these stations without soliciting for them. These stations, more or less barge into the privacy (homes) of their viewers, with children (impressionable) watching unfettered’, she further explained.
Adding that every Nigerian is at liberty to use 'Go Low'privately
